Cuban Restaurant and Bar

The Cuban Place Restaurant in Sydney is recreating the vibrant heydays of 1950s Havana. Globally, our name is widely regarded as the original home of the Mojito Sebastian Escudero our Head Chef has created an enticing menu that features fresh Australian produce with an authentic latin flair. We have researched vintage Cuban cocktail menus from the last 60 years to develop our Cocktail List that features true classic Cuban cocktails. Our extensive rum collection features over 150 different varieties from such countries as Haiti, Guyana Jamaica and of course Cuba.

We have authentic Cuban Jazz bands playing live 3 nights a week, with Cuban salsa dancing to accompany.

During lunch and dinner services we ask that you leave us a voicemail and we will endeavour to contact you at our earliest convenience

To make any changes to an online reservation please email us at info@lbdm.com.au or phone us directly. No changes to an existing reservation can be made via this online system.

Your booking will remain tentative until confirmation is sent via SMS or email

Please be aware we do not take table bookings for the either of the bar areas or our downstairs level. Online reservations strictly apply to restaurants tables and reflect only the number of guests that the booking is confirmed for.

We will confirm all reservations via SMS or email within 24 hours of the date of the booking. We will endeavour to contact you, however if you have not been acknowledged please phone us directly. La Bodeguita del Medio reserves the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations.

Your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame. Please check the additional information section on your confirmation email from bookarestaurant.com for any booking conditions.

A 10% surcharge will apply to all groups of 8 or more.
