Cuban Restaurant and Bar
Since The Cuban Place opened in Sydney, on the 26th of April 2011, it has developed a reputation as a destination restaurant and bar for live music, great food and the best mojitos in Australia. We have taken inspiration from the vibrant heydays in Cuba's1950's and have put a little slice of Havana in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
João Domingues, our Head Chef, has created a Menu that features fresh Australian produce with an authentic latin flair. We have researched Cuban cocktail menus from the last 60 years to develop our Cocktail List that features true classic Cuban cocktails. Our extensive rum collection features over 150 different varieties from such countries as Haiti, Guyana, Jamaica and of course Cuba.
We have a live band, Lorenzo y su Swing, playing live 4 nights a week, with salsa dancing to accompany.
